Born on October 13, 1974 in Hincesti city

Education:

  • 1992 - 1996  "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Police Academy from Bucharest, Romania, Law Department, degree in legal science, law specialization.
  • 2006 - 2007  "Stefan cel Mare" Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Masters Degrees in economic law.
  • 2008 – present days - Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Moldova, research masters in Public Administration.

Professional activity:

  • 1996 - 2001  inspector, superior inspector, deputy director, Head of the Economic-Financial Police Department of the Center Police Commissariat, Chisinau municipality.
  • 2001 - 2002 Head of the Operational Investigations Department of the Chisinau Territorial General Department of the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption, Deputy Director of the Chisinau Territorial General Department of CCECC.
  • 2002 - 2003  Deputy Director of the Operational Investigations Department of the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption. 
  • 2003 - 2007  Head of the Information and Border Offenses Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
  • 2007 - 2009  Head of the Inspection and Supervision Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Deputy Director of the General Department for Monitoring, Evaluation and Analysis Policies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
  • On November 4, 2009 - Director of the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption.
