National Anticorruption Strategy

for the approval of the 2011-2015 National Anti-Corruption Strategy

The Parliament adopts the present organic law.
Art. 1. – To approve the 2011-2015 National Anti-Corruption Strategy enclosed in the annex which is an integral part of the current law.
Art. 2. – Within 3 months of the date when the present law comes into effect the Government shall develop and submit to the Parliament for consideration the Action Plan for implementing the 2011-2013 National Anti-Corruption Strategy.
Art. 3 – To revoke Parliament Decision No 421-XV from 16 December 2004 to approve the National Strategy for Preventing and Combating Corruption and the Action Plan for implementing the National Strategy for Preventing and Combating Corruption (Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No 13-16, art. 58) with further amendments and addendum.
