Working meetings

The Group organizes and develops open meetings with the participation of mass – media, non-governmental organizations regarding the discussion of the reports of different institutions responsible for the realization of the Action Plan in order to assure the transparency of the implementation of the national Strategy for prevention and combating of corruption.

The meetings are convoked on necessity but at least once in a month. The meetings are headed by the President of the Group or casually by a vice – president and they are considered to be deliberative if more than a half of its members participate at these meetings. 

The group adopts decisions to the subjects discussed at the meetings which are presented to the respective institutions within five days starting from the date of adoption.

	Anul de activitate 2007 al Grupului de monitorizare a decurs în conformitate cu prevederile Programului de activitate, printre sarcinile primordiale fiind audierea şi verificarea instituţiilor antrenate sub aspectul implementării Strategiei naţionale anticorupţiei . În acest sens, la şedinţele de lucru au fost audiate 8 autorităţi publice şi efectuate 3 verificări. De asemenea, au fost identificate deficienţe în activitatea Grupului de monitorizare, în dependenţă de care au fost trasate priorităţile de viitor.

	La 20 martie curent, în incinta Centrului pentru Combaterea Crimelor Economice şi Corupţiei, s-a desfăşurat şedinţa ordinară de lucru a Grupului de monitorizare a implementării Strategiei naţionale de prevenire şi combatere a corupţiei.
