Human Resources Department

The professionalism that generates or determines progress and the objectives of special importance for the country can be raised only by competent and well-trained staff.

The service of human resources was founded simultaneously with the creation of the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption and thereafter it emerged as a section-level subdivision and then grew to the level of service with subsequent promotion to a Department level.

Being an autonomous subdivision of the Center, the Department contributes to a more efficient activity by implementation of modern policies and procedures of working with human resources, assuring the implementation of normative and legal acts regulating the relations with staff, being simultaneously responsible for the production of necessary documents related to the employment, attestation, promotion of staff in levels and positions. Being responsible for the consistent implementation of human resources policy based on the principles of stability in title, objectiveness, transparency, merit-based appreciation and equal opportunities for all of the Center’s officers, the Department directs its activity towards the employment of the most dignified and devoted citizens of the Republic of Moldova, towards the increase of their professional level for a better consolidation of the Center’s capacities.

In result of selection of candidates, the Center got staffed with highly qualified and competent officers, highly responsible and patriotic. For the remarkable results, responsible attitude to the entrusted duties during the 5 years of activity there were provided 1310 mentions of gratitude.

In the course of activity, the Department of human resources has elaborated a series of guidelines for the initiation of young specialists into the chosen profession, for the development of necessary capacities for active independent work and stimulation of interest for professional formation.

In this manner is formed a professional, highly moral, vigilant, disciplined and responsible staff that provides for a strict observation of law.

In this manner, each new officer benefits from a guidance period meant to facilitate the process of accommodation to service and assure a continuous service. Simultaneously, the development of professional abilities, modernization of forms and methods of working with the staff, creation of a highly qualitative organizational culture in the Center are the basic subjects of the professional training process.
