Activities

 

According to the Activity Statute of the Monitoring Group, its attributes are:

  • Monitoring of the execution of the Action Plan for realization of the National Strategy of prevention and combating of corruption;

  •   Elaboration and presentation of the proposals and recommendations regarding the realization of the Action Plan as well  as its updating;
 
  • Monthly analysis of the reports about the execution of the Action Plan presented by the Secretary;
 
  • Problems examination and proposals generalization submitted by the institutions responsible for the realization of the Action Plan concerning the efficiency of their solving and the implementation, through the Action Plan, of some practices adequate to the situation created in the Republic;

  • Elaboration and presentation of the reports regarding the execution of the Action Plan to the Coordinating Council on criminality and corruption combating problems and publication of a summary of its activity results in press;

  • Elaboration and presentation, casually, to the President, Parliament and Government of some analytical – informative materials regarding the real estate of the Strategy implementation;

  • Participation at elaboration of the measures regarding the involvement of civil society in the actions of prevention and combating of corruption, propagation of the advanced experience in this field.
